HUG HOMES ($25K) BUILDER BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

* The builder bonus promotion is a private promotion provided by Hug homes and will continue for a period of time until terminated at the complete discretion of Hug Homes. It is not the same as or in way any related or affiliated to any other government grants or builder promotions of the state or federal government or by any other governmental authority or third party that may be offered from time to time or in respect of which the customer may be eligible.

* $25K builder bonus will be applied and operate as a credit/discount to the published base house price which is applied on the Preliminary Plans Agreement (PPA) at the time of signup and after the deposit payment has been received. It does not in any way operate as a cash payment made separately to the customer or form any part of the deposit requirements of the customer.

* This promotion and the conditions associated therewith are subject to change at the absolute discretion of Hug Homes.

* This promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion by Hug Homes.
